Service Description
In this class we arrive in the body and take a moment to clear the mind. We bring our focus on the breath, flow with ease into the warming up and the sun salutations. After standing and balancing poses, we flow from sitting poses to inversions and the final resting pose. Each class is carefully designed to work on a specific theme, or area in the body and the mind. Experience how you can move with awareness, keeping your focus on your body and observe the mind.
