Join Jane for a nourishing Yin Yoga practice followed by a deeply relaxing Yoga Nidra


Service Description

We begin with gentle Yin poses combined with breathwork to help you slow down, connect to your body and release tension. By creating space and learning to soften in each posture, you prepare yourself for the deep rest of Yoga Nidra. Yoga Nidra (often called yogic sleep) is a guided relaxation that brings profound rest to body and mind. In this state between wakefulness and sleep, the nervous system resets, stress is released, and you can set a clear intention for yourself. What to bring / wear: * Comfortable yoga clothes (wear layers, bring socks if you like) * Water bottle * Yoga mat (mats and props are available, but youโ€™re welcome to bring your own for extra comfort) * For Yoga Nidra: pillow or cushion, blanket or thick towel, and something to cover your eyes (small towel, sarong, or even a large sock) Let yourself slow down, soften, and fully recharge. Spaces are limited.
