True connection arises in the space we allow. In conversations, relationships, and within ourselves, ma reveals the quiet thread that binds us. This workshop invites you to pause, reflect, and reconnect—with yourself and with others—through reflection, Yin Yoga with live handpan, and Yoga Nidra.

Ashtanga Yoga Beginners Course

Build a practice that supports you: steady, clear, and grounded in the essence of yoga

Build a strong and steady foundation in Ashtanga Yoga with this 4-session introductory course. Learn the essential postures, breathing techniques, and principles of the practice in a supportive and accessible setting.

Every session starts with a short overview of the content of the session, explanation of the basic concepts and then we practice! Every week we repeat the poses and movements that we did the previous week, so we build up step by step. 

Session 1: Introduction​​

  • Essential insights from Yoga Sutra’s of Patanjali

  • History of Ashtanga Yoga

Sound Healing
& Yin Yoga

Move toward effortless stillness as the body opens, the breath settles, and sound guides you inward

Melt into long, restful Yin poses that gently open the body and quiet the mind. From there, you will be immersed in the healing affects of sound, activating your parasympathetic nervous system-softening the fight -or-flight response and guiding you into a deep rest-and- digest state where  true healing begins. 


You will leave feeling relaxed, restored, and renewed.


Props and blankets are available. Feel free to bring anything else that may help you deepen your  rest! An extra soft or comfortable pillow, eye mask, etc.
