Policy
This Policy applies to all classes, workshops, events, retreats, and other services provided by Yoga Club Bonaire (‘the Studio’). By registering for any event/class the participant (‘Client’) agrees to this.

Terms & Conditions Agreed upon when Booking
- 
Participation in classes and events requires prior registration and payment via the Studio’s booking system or at the Studio.
 - 
Payments must be made before the start of the class, membership, or event.
 - 
All prices are listed in US dollars and include local taxes (ABB).
 - 
Memberships and class cards are personal and non-transferable.
 - 
Expiry dates of memberships and class cards are stated at the time of purchase and cannot be extended unless otherwise agreed in writing.
 - 
The Studio reserves the right to adjust prices. Clients will be informed of changes in advance.
 - 
Clients may cancel regular group classes up to 1 hour before the start time via the booking system. Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged in full.
 - 
Workshops, courses, and special events may have separate cancellation policies, which will be communicated upon registration.
 - 
The Studio reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes, workshops, or events due to insufficient registrations, force majeure, or instructor illness. In such cases, Clients will be offered an alternative or a refund.
 - 
Participation in classes and events is at the Client’s own risk.
 - 
The Client is responsible for assessing whether participation is suitable considering their own physical and mental health.
 - 
The Studio and its instructors are not liable for injuries, accidents, or health issues arising during or after participation, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.
 - 
The Studio is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal property.
 - 
Clients are expected to treat instructors, staff, and other participants with respect.
 - 
The Studio reserves the right to deny access to Clients who demonstrate inappropriate behavior or violate these Terms.
 - 
Clients are requested to arrive on time and switch mobile devices to silent mode during class.
 - 
In cases of force majeure (including but not limited to extreme weather, natural disasters, strikes, illness, government measures, or technical disruptions), the Studio may suspend or cancel its obligations without liability for compensation.
