Service Description
Ashtanga Yoga introduces the foundational sequence of the Ashtanga yoga system, focusing on breath, movement (vinyasa), and gaze (drishti). This practice includes Sun Salutations, standing postures, and the first half of the Primary Series, often called Yoga Chikitsa or yoga therapy, designed to detoxify the body and build strength, flexibility, and stamina. Modifications are provided. Appropriate for all levels. However, having attended Beginning Ashtanga is highly recommended.
