Service Description
Build a strong and steady foundation in Ashtanga Yoga with this 4-session introductory course. Learn the essential postures, breathing techniques, and principles of the practice in a supportive and accessible setting. Every session starts with a short overview of the content of the session, explanation of the basic concepts and then we practice! Every week we repeat the poses and movements that we did the previous week, so we build up step by step. Session 1: Introduction Session 2: The Primary Series Session 3: The Eight limbs Session 4: A New Habit Including: - Workbook with the content of the course, the poses and assignments - Instruction sheet with the Primary Series & workbook
