Service Description

Yin Yoga is a slow, meditative practice that targets the deeper connective tissues of the body, such as fascia, ligaments, and joints. Postures are held for longer periods, typically 3-5 minutes, allowing the body to relax into each pose and encouraging deep release. During this special class, Miriam plays live handpan during the poses. Guiding you with gentle sounds in the practice. This practice cultivates stillness, mindfulness, and an increased range of motion while balancing the more dynamic, yang-based activities of life. Yin Yoga is suitable for all levels, offering a calming, restorative experience that nurtures both the body and mind.
