Service Description

Begin your Yoga journey in our 4 week Foundations & Flow Yoga series designed for beginners and for those ready to deepen their practice. Each 90 minute session weaves together foundational postures, breath-work, and yoga philosophy, with space for mindful conversation and journaling. - Build confidence in foundational yoga postures. - Learn breath-work you can use on and off the mat. - Explore yoga philosophy in a real, relatable way. - Create strength, mobility, and balance at your own pace. - Cultivate mindfulness, self-awareness, and inner calm. - Practice in a safe, supportive, and lovingly guided environment.
